Topics will emerge from the group sessions, but they are likely to include issues such as:

Will conversion change my relationship with my family?

How will I feel about giving up familiar childhood traditions?

Would I still want to be Jewish if something happened to my spouse?

Am I ready to face anti-Semitism?

How can I feel Jewish when I have no Jewish past?

Is Israel MY homeland too?

How will I know when I'm ready?

We hope that our group can serve as a BRIDGE toward Judaism to those who wish to convert. We realize that some of you may have already become Jewish before this program was available and feel that you would benefit from being in a group discussiong conversion issues. We think so too! We believe everyone would benefit from your presence and from the participation of spouses and partners.
